Every Neutral Sound purchase comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, request a refund within 30 days of purchase and you'll get your money back. No questions asked.
How to request a refund
Email help@neutralsound.com with your order email address. You can also request a refund directly through Paddle using the receipt link in your purchase confirmation email. Refunds are processed by Paddle (our merchant of record) and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.
What happens to your license
After a refund, your license key is revoked and the software returns to its trial state: Neutral EQ keeps working and mutes its output for one second in every sixty, and Neutral Tracks disables save. Neutral EQ never connects to the internet, so a refunded key is refused from its next update onward. Your projects are not deleted; you can reopen them if you purchase again.

Your statutory rights
This guarantee is offered in addition to any rights you have under consumer-protection law, not instead of them. Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights, and nothing here limits them.
